Terms of Sale
The present general conditions can be updated or modified at any time by the seller who will inform the buyers through the appropriate communication channels. Whenever there is a change in the present general conditions, the customer is obliged to arrange for their printing and conservation.
SUBJECTS OF THE CONTRACT
– Seller (hereinafter also referred to as LPDO.it): the company Dremar Parfum International Srl, with headquarters in via Aquilea, 37, 80143 NAPLES (NA) – VAT number: IT07160081217
– Buyer: the person identified by the information entered during registration or first purchase.
SUBJECTS OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT AND ITS DEFINITION
The “on-line” purchase contract means distant contract i.e. the legal transaction involving movable goods and/or services stipulated between a seller, LPDO.it, and a consumer and/or buyer within a system of distance selling organised by the seller who, for this contract, uses exclusively the remote communication technology known as “internet”. Consequently, all contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer and/or buyer to the website www.LPDO.it, where, following the appropriate procedures, he/she will conclude the contract of the product’s purchase. The seller may request discretionally a confirmation of the order placed to the consumer and/or buyer. For consumer, we intend any natural person who, in contracts for the sale of consumer products, acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial activity performed.
DELIVERY METHODS
For every order placed on lesperlesdorient.com, Dremar Parfum International Srl issues a receipt or, for customers who possess or have entered their VAT number in the personal data, invoice of the shipped product, by sending it also via e-mail to the registered person of the order, according to Article 14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For invoice issuing, the information provided by the customer at the time of order shall be deemed authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issuing nor will it be possible to issue an invoice after order processing to buyers who did not provide their VAT number at the time of order.
Dremar Parfum International Srl will process the order within 24 hours of receiving payment. The shipment will be done by express courier that will deliver the products within 24 hours (48 hours for islands and remote or difficult to reach areas).
Dremar Parfum International Srl does not assume responsibility for any delays caused by the courier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 64 and Legislative Decree number 206/05, the client can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The buyer must follow the following simple procedure:
1) Send a request for right to withdrawal by a simple e-mail to the site manager at the address within 10 working days of receiving the products and in case of problems contact +39 0817590289
2) Arrange, using a preferred courier, to ship the product to Dremar Parfum International Srl – Via Provinciale delle Brecce n. 42/A 80147 Napoli – carefully wrapped in the original packaging and insert a copy of the authorisation e-mail received by the LPDO manager.
Parfum International Srl will reimburse the cost indicated in the purchase order including the initial shipping order by bank transfer (the shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the products will not be reimbursed), within 30 days of receiving the products. It is not possible to apply for the right of withdrawal in the event that the returned product is not intact, i.e. any damage not due to transport (lack of original packaging, absence of the product’s integral parts, etc.).
DISCOUNTS AND VOUCHERS
Discounts are not cumulative for each order.
In the event of suspected irregularities, the company may decide unilaterally to not issue the voucher.
