EXPENSES AND SHIPMENTS
Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if made before 1:00 pm, or the next business day if made after the aforementioned time or if one of the products is not available in the warehouses. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Once the shipment has been done, you will receive an automatic notification e-mail with the relative tracking number, to monitor the status of the shipment by clicking on the following link https://www.gls-italy.com.

N.B: MISSED DELIVERY APPOINTMENT WITH THE COURIER
The courier will contact the customer/buyer to fix a day and time of delivery. Once this has been done, in the event of the buyer’s unavailability for all kinds of reasons, Gls will arrange another appointment. If the customer is once more not available for the new agreed date, he/she can withdraw the order free of charge within 7 days at the nearest Gls office. Upon 7 days, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs again.
